Downstairs consists of an ample open plan fitted kitchen, dining, and lounge area, with a separate cloakroom/wc and utility area.
TV and video facilities, radio, and wireless Broadband Internet connection are provided along with a variety of videos to watch in front of the warming glow of the gas stove.
