The stone barn built over 150 years ago has been converted into 2 magnificent cottages perhaps better described as town houses in the country. These cottages overlook a private walled garden.
A central entrance/reception area separating the Elm from the Oak can also be used for meetings or entertaining.

The Elm

Ground floor level contains a hall, dining room and living room and fully equipped kitchen, all open plan.
The feature of half doors adds character and space.

Off the entrance hall is a downstairs cloakroom/wc.
At first floor level there are two spacious en-suite bedrooms, one overlooked by a loft area above.
Satellite T.V. and wireless Broadband Internet connection are available.

The Oak

The Oak has a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, with oil central heating and a modern gas stove for a welcoming glow.
Sky digital TV, CD player with a selection of CD's included, with books and games all provided for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer.

The 2 ensuite bedrooms each offer 2 double beds, fitted wardrobes with matching hangers, hair dryers. Garden table and chairs are provided for outside dining, and there are breathtaking views from every window.
